Control Center Settings – Classic

Control Center Settings Overview 

"Control Center Settings" shows the basic information about POS, such as Store Number, Register Number, Device ID, and Location
  1. Initially, "Control Center Settings" created a link between the POS device and the Control Center. However, as FTx Cloud POS has experienced technological advancements, a different method has been used to make this connection. 
  2. Control Center Settings is still useful when changing the POS device's location is required.

2. Understanding the Control Center Settings Function

  1. Please refer to Figure 2.1 and the description of the buttons and fields below to understand the Control Center Settings function.

  1. Base URL: Enter the Control Center URL. 
  2. Login: This field will show no data for now. 
  3. Password: This field will show no data for now. 
  4. Store#: This field shows the store number. 
  5. Register#: This field shows the register number. 
  6. Device ID: This field shows the Device ID. 
  7. Location: This field shows the current location. 
    1. If you shift the POS Device to another location, you can change the device location in this field. 
    2. Click the "Choose Location" button. The Choose Location screen will appear. Select the required location and click "Continue."

  1. Buttons:
    1. Save: Enter the appropriate information and click the "Save" button to save the settings.  
    2. Cancel: Use this button to cancel the changes you made at any point in time.
