Customer Balance History

Overview 

In this section, you can view a customer's balance history along with their balance type, customer email ID, campaign name, and token balance.

To Reach "Customer Balance History":  
  1. Log into Control Center 
  2. Select Loyalty (refer to the menu on the far left) 
  3. Select Customer 
  4. Select Customer Balance History

Once you select "Customer Balance History," you will be redirected to the screen below:

The explanation of the columns is shown in Figure 1.2 below: 
  1. Customer Email – Customer's registered email will appear in this column. 
  2. First Name – Customer's first name will appear in this column.
  3. Last Name – Customer's last name will appear in this column.
  4. Campaign – Check customer balance history by campaign.
  5. Balance Type – Different balance types or token buckets will appear here. 
  6. Credit – Token balance earned will be credited in the customer’s account. 
  7. After –  Total tokens balance after the tokens get credited in the customer’s account. 
  8. Receipt # - Displays the sale order receipt number. 
  9. Employee – You can choose between employees and non-employees by selecting Yes or No.
  10. Type - Select bonus types for each campaign.
  11. Created Date – This shows the data when the balance was created/updated in the customer’s account. 
  12. Start and End Date – You can check customer balance history by filtering data as per start and end date.
