Overview
In this section, you can view a customer's balance history along with their balance type, customer email ID, campaign name, and token balance.
To Reach "Customer Balance History":
- Log into Control Center
- Select Loyalty (refer to the menu on the far left)
- Select Customer
- Select Customer Balance History

Once you select "Customer Balance History," you will be redirected to the screen below:

The explanation of the columns is shown in Figure 1.2 below:
- Customer Email – Customer's registered email will appear in this column.
- First Name – Customer's first name will appear in this column.
- Last Name – Customer's last name will appear in this column.
- Campaign – Check customer balance history by campaign.
- Balance Type – Different balance types or token buckets will appear here.
- Credit – Token balance earned will be credited in the customer’s account.
- After – Total tokens balance after the tokens get credited in the customer’s account.
- Receipt # - Displays the sale order receipt number.
- Employee – You can choose between employees and non-employees by selecting Yes or No.
- Type - Select bonus types for each campaign.
- Created Date – This shows the data when the balance was created/updated in the customer’s account.
- Start and End Date – You can check customer balance history by filtering data as per start and end date.
