Viewing Assigned Loyalty Card Details
Once a loyalty card is assigned to a customer, the card details and status will be available in both Control Center and the Loyal-n-Save application.
Viewing Card Details in Control Center
To view the card details and status in Control Center, follow these steps:
- Step 1: Log into Control Center
- Step 2: Choose Loyalty
- Step 3: Choose Cards
- Step 4: Choose Customer Cards

- In the Customer Cards page, you will see a list of loyalty cards assigned to the customer along with their current status.

To view the card details and status in the Loyal-n-Save application, follow these steps:
- Open the Loyal-n-Save app.
- Sign into the Loyal-n-Save app.
- Enter your login credentials and Sign In.
Access Loyalty Cards from the Web Portal:
- Tap on the "Friends" option from the left menu.

- Select the "Loyalty Cards" tab.

Here, you will find the details of the loyalty cards assigned to the customer, including their status.
Access Loyalty Cards in the App
If you received a loyalty card that has not been linked to your account, from here you can add cards to your Loyal-n-Save account.
Just scan the barcode on the back of your card to link it to your account.
Multiple cards can be added. Loyalty cards are distributed to customers in-store during signup. See a store associate for additional cards.
