To enhance customer segmentation and personalization, a new profile property called survey_selections has been introduced. This property stores customers’ survey responses in a comma-separated format, making it compatible with Klaviyo’s advanced search and filtering functionalities.
By leveraging this property, you can efficiently segment customers based on their survey responses, helping you deliver more personalized and targeted communications.

Follow the steps below to create a segment in Klaviyo that includes all customers who have completed the survey:
Log in to your Klaviyo Dashboard
Navigate to "Lists & segments"
Click Create List / Segment, and then select Segment
Enter a descriptive name for your segment.
Example: Survey Completed – Interest Bonus Awarded
In the segment conditions panel, select "Properties about someone" from the Condition dropdown menu.
Set the property as survey_selections.
Define the condition to match profiles where survey_selections is set.
Adjust additional filters if needed (e.g., specific values such as “coffee” or “energy_drinks”).
After defining the condition, click "Create segment."
The segment will now be successfully created.
Klaviyo displays the real-time count of profiles that meet your defined conditions.
Click the "Preview details" button (located in the top-right corner) to see the full list of profiles in the segment.
