Customer Interests
"Customer Interests" displays a list of product categories that customers have expressed interest in. This feature is integrated with the "Marketing" tab, allowing you to target campaigns to customers based on their specific interests.
Reaching "Customer Interests"
To reach "Customer Interests" in Control Center, perform the following:
- Step 1: Log into Control Center
- Step 2: Choose Loyalty
- Step 3: Choose Customer
- Step 4: Choose Customer Interests
Dashboard Details:
- Name: Displays the list of interests or topics selected by customers from surveys.
- Customer Count: Shows the number of customers who have selected each interest.
- Created: Indicates the date when the interest category was created.
- Last Updated: Displays the most recent update date for the interest category.

Actions:
- Modify: Edit the selected interest category.
- View: View a list of customers who have selected the interest category in their survey responses.
- Remove: Soft delete the interest category. This action removes the category from the list but does not permanently delete it from the database.
Creating a Customer Interest Category
To create a new customer interest category, follow these steps:
- Navigate to "Customer Interests."
- Click the "Add New" button.

- Enter the name of the interest category.

- Click "Save."
The new interest category will now be available on the Manage Interests section under the "Marketing" tab, where it can be used when creating campaigns and email campaigns.
