Customer Redeemed Dollars 

Overview 

Customer redeemed dollar history can be viewed by balance type, location, and date.  

To Reach "Redeemed Dollars":   

1. Log into Control Center 
   
2. Select Loyalty (refer to the menu on the far left)    
   
3. Select Customer  
   
4. Select Redeemed Dollars

You will be redirected to the Redeemed Dollars page. Here, you will find all the details related to customers and their redeemed dollar history.

In the figure above, you can see the columns listed below: 

1. Customer Email – Customer's registered email will appear in this column. 
   
2. First Name – Customer's first name will appear in this column. 
   
3. Last Name – Customer's last name will appear in this column. 
   
4. Balance Type – Different balance types or token buckets will appear here.
   
5. Location – Redeemed dollar balance can be filtered by store location. 
   
6. Amount – The total balance of redeemed dollars in the customer's account. 
   
7. Created – This shows the data when the redeemed dollar balance was created/updated in the customer’s account. 
   
8. Start & End – You can filter redeemed dollars of customers as per the date filter range.
