In this KB article, we'll guide you through managing customer support settings for your e-commerce site. This includes customizing the content on the customer support page and providing quick access to legal policies.

To access customer support settings:
  1. Step 1: Log into Store Admin
  2. Step 2: Click Settings

Add Customer Support Details

Managing Customer Support Content

In the Customer Support settings, you'll find a text box where you can enter the content you wish to display on the Customer Support page. Use the provided formatting options to customize the appearance of the content, such as bolding, italicizing, or adding bullet points.

Displaying Legal Quick Access

Below the text box, you'll find checkboxes for Privacy Policy, Review Policy, and Refund Policy. You can provide quick access to these legal policies on the Customer Support page by checking these checkboxes. Ensure that you have these policies available and up to date before enabling them in Legal.

Online Store

The customers can access the Customer Support page from the left side slider.

By clicking the "Customer Support" label, the customers will be redirected to the Customer Support page.

Note: The official contact details of the store can be managed in the 'Customer Service Email' and 'Customer Service Phone' fields from the Global Settings -> Business Details.


Therefore, "Customer Support" is vital in ensuring a positive shopping experience for your customers.
