Overview 

The Earned Coupons dashboard provides an overview of all the coupons that customers have earned through their participation in loyalty campaigns. This dashboard is designed to help businesses and program administrators easily track and manage customer engagement with loyalty incentives. Here’s more about what the Earned Coupons dashboard offers: 

 Key Features:  

  1. Coupon Tracking: The dashboard lists every coupon a customer has earned, offering a detailed view of their interactions with various loyalty campaigns. 
  2. Information Columns: The dashboard displays columns such as Coupon Name, Campaign Name, Customer's First and Last Name, Coupon Type (Dollar Amount Off, Percentage Off, Free Item), Amount, and the Total value of the coupon. These columns provide a quick snapshot of each coupon's status and details. 
  3. Filter and Sort Options: You can filter and sort the coupons based on different criteria, such as campaign name, coupon type, or usage, to analyze trends or manage specific campaigns effectively. 
  4. Actionable Insights: The dashboard includes an Actions column where users can select the View option for more in-depth information about each coupon. This is useful for resolving customer inquiries or assessing the performance of specific coupons. 

Reaching the "Earned Coupons" Section  

To reach the "Earned Coupons" section in Control Center, perform the following:   

  1. Step 1: Log into Control Center  
  2. Step 2: Choose Loyalty  
  3. Step 3: Choose Customer 
  4. Step 4: Choose Earned Coupons

Below is the brief explanation on each column available on the Earned Coupons dashboard:  
  1. Coupon Name: The specific name given to the earned coupon. 
  2. Campaign Name: The loyalty campaign through which the coupon was earned. 
  3. First Name and Last Name: The customer's first and last name. 
  4. Customer Coupon Type: Determines whether the coupon is a digital coupon or associated with a campaign.
  5. Coupon Type: Specifies the type of discount the coupon offers: Dollar Amount, Percentage, or Free Item.
  6. Amount: The value or percentage of the discount provided by the coupon. 
  7. Total: The total number of coupons earned. 
  8. Used: The total number of coupons used. 
  9. Remain: The total number of remaining coupons. 
  10. View Coupon Details Option: To view the coupon details, click on the View icon under the Actions column.

  1. Once you click on View icon, you will see the coupon details as mentioned below:

  1. Customer Name: The full name of the customer who earned the coupon. 
  2. Coupon Name: The name of the coupon
  3. Issue Date: The date on which the coupon was issued.
  4. End Date: The last date the coupon is valid for redemption. 
  5. Creation Method: Indicates the reward type the customer has earned as part of this coupon. 
  6. Remove: Delete individual coupons. 

Managing Coupons: Deleting Coupons

A retailer can only delete individual coupons, meaning they can remove coupons one at a time. 

Steps to Delete Coupons
  1. To delete a specific coupon, click on the View icon.

  1. A confirmation pop-up will appear. To finalize the deletion, click "Yes." Once confirmed, the selected coupons will be successfully deleted.
