FTx Uplift Overview Training

Importance of an Uplift

Uplifts are used to entice your customers with exciting promotions, while customer-facing advertisements inform and educate them about the deals running at your store.

When a SKU/UPC is scanned at the register and matches one of the trigger SKU lists that you set up for your promotion, both the customer and the employee will receive a pop-up of the discounts and promotions being offered.

For the employee, the pop-up on the POS will generate a sales pitch that you created as a script based on your promotion. This will help employees to present a consistent sales pitch intelligently to customers, giving them the tools they need to be successful.

(For example: “Today you can buy 2 donuts and get 1 50% off. Would you like to add an extra donut to your order?”)

These sales are a part of an existing promo to get the customer to purchase additional items.

Easily boost employee performance and track sales. Employees are prompted to choose between Win or Lose buttons on the POS screen after the sales pitch is presented. This helps to keep employees updated on promotions in real-time for effective messaging that grabs attention and maximizes sales opportunities.
