Login/Permission Report Overview
The "Login/Permission Report" lists users and employees along with the permissions that they are assigned.
1. Reaching the "Login/Permission Report"
To reach the "Login/Permission Report," follow the steps below:
- Step 1: Log into Control Center
- Step 2: Choose Point of Sale
- Step 3: Choose Reports
- Step 4: Choose List Reports
- Step 5: Choose Login/Permission
See Figure 1.1. You will see many types of list reports that will be useful to your retail business. By clicking the drop-down selection, you will see the different types of list reports.

You will see the "Report Data is Empty" message initially. You need to select the date range to check the Login/Permission Report. See Figure 1.2.

2. Generating the Login/Permission Report
When you navigate to the Login/Permission Report page, you will see the options pre-selected by default. You can generate the House Account List Report for the selected fields. See Figure 1.3.

- Report Type: This field allows you to choose and generate the Login/Permission Report for the user/employee.
- Roles: This field has associated options describing the roles of the user, i.e., accountant, store manager/store admin, etc.
Fields:
- User: This field lets you choose the option as a user or employee.
- Permissions: This field displays the permissions allowed to the user/employee.
These permissions are defined in the "User Roles" module, and the report is fetched as per the roles defined there.

- All: If this option is selected, then the user/employee will have all the permissions.
- Custom: If this option is selected, then the permissions are customized for the user/employee. See Figure 1.5.

As highlighted in Figure 1.5, if all the permissions (Create, Delete, Edit, and View) are checked, then the user/employee is allowed to do all the checked permissions. The Login/Permission Report can be fetched for the user and employee separately.

If you have selected "Employee," then it will give you the report on the Permission Type option that you have selected.
- Dashboard Permissions: The Dashboard Permissions for All Employee Groups will display in the Login/Permission Report.
- POS Permissions: The POS Permissions for All Employee Group will display in the Login/Permission Report.

- Handheld Permissions: The Handheld Permissions for All Employee Group will display in the Login/Permission Report.

The Login/Permission Report displays the employee's name and the permission granted/not granted to that employee. The value of permissions can be seen as Yes (if allowed) or No (if not allowed).
