Lottery Safe Movement Report Overview

The Lottery Safe Movement Report is designed to monitor lottery-safe activities and display information such as Register #, Z #, Lottery Game Names, Product UPC, Safe Values Before and After, the Employee Names who added/updated, and corresponding timestamps.

1. Reaching the Lottery Safe Movement Report

To reach the Lottery Safe Movement Report, follow the below steps:
Step 1: Log into Control Center
Step 2: Choose Point of Sale
Step 3: Choose Reports
Step 4: Choose Lottery Reports
Step 5: Choose Lottery Safe Movement Report

See Figure A. You will see many types of lottery reports that will be useful to your retail business. By clicking the drop-down selection, you will see the different types of lottery reports.

You will see the "Report Data is Empty" message initially. You need to select the filter options to check the Lottery Safe Movement Report. See Figure B.

When you navigate to the page, you will see the options pre-selected by default. You can generate the Lottery Safe Movement Report with different filters.

Fields:
  1. Reg #: This column displays the register number for which the lottery safe book is updated at the selected store location.
  2. Z Counter: It is the shift number for which the lottery safe book is updated at the selected store location.
  3. Lottery Game Number: It is the lottery game number that is defined in the lottery game module.
  4. Lottery Game Name: Here, the name of the game is mentioned in this column defined in the lottery game module.
  5. UPC: Here, the UPC assigned to this lottery item in the lottery game module is mentioned.
  6. Before: This column displays the number of tickets that were in the lottery safe before the lottery safe book update.
  7. After: This column displays the number of tickets that were in the lottery safe after the lottery safe book update.
  8. Employee Name: This column displays the name of the employee working on the particular register number for the particular shift.
  9. Date/Time: This column displays the date and time of the lottery safe book action. 

2. Date Range & Presets

You can filter your sales data in the report by selecting the date range as well as specific times.
By clicking the edit box, you will be taken to a tiny calendar where you can select a specific date range. You can also manually enter the date in mm/dd/yyyy format.

  1. Start Date: This field lets you choose the start date of the selected date range.

  1. End Date: This field lets you choose the end date of the selected date range.

  1. Presets: Choose the time period for which you wish to generate the report.

5. Sort By:

This field will let you sort the report in 6 different ways.

  1. Lottery Game # Ascending: If this sorting option is chosen, the Lottery Safe Movement Report is sorted in ascending order of the lottery game number.

  1. Lottery Game # Descending: If this sorting option is chosen, the Lottery Safe Movement Report is sorted in descending order of the lottery game number.

  1. Game Name Ascending: If this sorting option is chosen, the Lottery Safe Movement Report is sorted in ascending order of the lottery game name.
