Loyalty Dashboard

Overview 

The Loyalty Dashboard offers a great way to gain insights about the performance of the loyalty programs. It allows merchants to track, analyze, and understand their loyalty based on real-time data. 

Reaching "Loyalty Dashboard" 

  1. Log into Control Center 
  2. You will see the main screen (see Figure 1.0). 
  3. Click "Signage Dashboard." A drop-down menu will appear as shown in Figure 1.1. 
  4. Select "Loyalty Dashboard" as shown in Figure 1.1.

You will get the screen below by selecting the "Loyalty Dashboard" option from the drop-down menu.

The Loyalty Dashboard comprises sections that show customer statistics for loyalty programs.

  1. Total Customers: This data shows the total number of customers registered across all store locations. It includes customers who have signed up to participate in the loyalty program, regardless of their level of activity or engagement.  
  2. Active Campaigns: This data shows the number of ongoing active campaigns available for customers to participate in. It may include token-earning opportunities, discounts, or other types of promotional activities to encourage customer engagement and drive sales.  
  3. Total Active Locations: This data represents the total number of retail locations where the loyalty program is active. These are the stores where customers can earn and redeem their loyalty rewards, participate in active campaigns, and reap the benefits of the loyalty program.  
  4. Total Earned Tokens: This data indicates the cumulative number of total earned tokens by customers from the start of time. Reward tokens are earned through purchases, campaign participation, and other loyalty activities, which can be redeemed for various rewards.

The above graph shows the number of new customers who joined the Loyal-n-Save program on a monthly basis. It tracks the growth of the customer base over time and helps understand the effectiveness of customer acquisition efforts.  
 
Tokens Given by Month

The above graph shows the total number of tokens given to customers on a monthly basis. It reflects the impact of active campaigns and promotions on reward distribution. 

Avg Tokens Per Customer

The above graph calculates the average tokens earned by each customer in the loyalty program. 
 
Campaign Completions Per Month

The above graph indicates how many campaigns customers successfully completed each month. A completed campaign means that a customer has met the conditions set forth by the campaign, like making a certain number of purchases or spending a specific amount.

 The above graph shows a comparison of sales made with rewarded tokens vs sales and the collective total sales made. 

Money Spent by Customers

The above graph represents the total amount of money spent by customers within the loyalty program. It comprises all purchases made by customers while participating in the loyalty program and offers insights into overall financial performance.  

Earned vs Spent Dollar Balance

The above graph compares the total dollar balance of rewards earned by customers against the total amount of tokens earned vs spent in redeemed dollars. It helps determine the dollar balance between customer rewards accumulation and usage. 
 
User Signups Under Team

The above graph refers to the number of new users who have signed up for the Loyal-n-Save program under a specific team leader or member. The team feature allows customers to recruit others into the program, and by doing so, they will receive rewards every time the customer returns to the store and makes a purchase.
