Manage Staging Areas for Ready Orders

Organizing Ready Orders to Staging Area

The Staging Area feature helps fulfillment employees organize packed and ready orders in designated store locations before handoff to customers or delivery partners. During item picking, store employees can assign order package(s) to a specific staging area, making it easier to quickly locate orders during customer pickup or delivery partner arrivals.

This KB article explains how to:
  1. Create and manage staging areas

  3. Track and organize stored order packages
