My Manufacturers – Merchant Approval

Overview 

In the Loyal-n-Save program, manufacturers with whom you have an agreement can access Control Center to upload and manage their own campaigns. However, it is up to you (retailer or store manager) to decide whether to offer these campaigns to your loyalty members. Once a campaign is active at your store, customers earn reward tokens that can be redeemed exclusively in the manufacturer Swag Shop via the app or web portal. 

Merchant Approval Process 

When a manufacturer account is created by the admin and specific stores are assigned, a manufacturer collaboration request is sent to you (retailer or store manager). This request, available on your Manufacturer Offers page, allows you to review and approve the manufacturer's connection to your stores. 

To Access the "Manufacturer Offers" Page: 

  1. Log into Control Center as a client user. 
  2. Navigate to Loyalty > Manufacturer Offers

On the Manufacturer Offers page, the pending manufacturer request will appear, showing the manufacturer's name, status, and options to accept or reject the request.

  1. Click on the Checkmark icon to approve the request. The manufacturer’s status will change to Approved
  2. Click "OK" to finalize.

  1. Now navigate to Loyalty > My Manufacturers.
Once approved, the manufacturer will appear in the list of approved manufacturers on the My Manufacturers page, and their campaigns can be activated for the store.
