Overview
"News Feed Entries" in Control Center provide real-time updates, announcements, and notifications related to various customer and campaign activities. These include events such as campaign creation, campaign completion, new customer sign-ups, customer receipts, and more.
Functionality
News Feed Entries provide a history of customer interactions and engagements.
- The Loyal-n-Save mobile application (push notifications for customers).
- The Control Center (news feed updates for merchants).
Example Use Case
When a customer successfully completes a transaction and earns coupons or tokens, the system sends a push notification to the customer within the Loyal-n-Save app. Refer to the screenshot below:

Simultaneously, the retailer receives the same update in Control Center under News Feed Entries, allowing them to track customer engagement and reward distribution in real-time. Refer to the screenshot below:
