Notification Templates Overview
"Notification Templates" lets you configure notification templates. These templates will appear as drop-down options when adding an appointment in "Appoint Scheduler," and the selected template will be used to send automatic notification emails to the respective stakeholders.

- How to add, edit, and delete the notification templates.
1. Reaching "Notification Templates"

2. Understanding "Notification Templates" Layout
- Please refer to Figure 2.1 and the description of the buttons and fields below to understand the layout of "Notification Templates."

- Table and Column Titles: The table lists existing notification templates. Each column title indicates the type of information in the column.
- 1: Add New: This button lets you create a new notification template.
- 2.1: Edit: This button lets you edit the notification template.
- 2.2: Delete: This button lets you delete the notification template.
3. Adding a Notification Template
Please follow the steps below to add a new notification template:
- Click the "Add New" button highlighted in Figure 2.1.
- The Create Notification Template screen will appear, as Figure 3.1 shows.

- Name: Enter the desired name for the template.
- Available Tags: These tags are placeholders. When you use them, the system will fetch the actual value from the data. For example:
- If you write Dear {FirstName}, the system will fetch the users' first name(s) added to the appointment. The two users will receive an email with their individual names, i.e., Dear Mark and Dear Jason.
- If you write The meeting will start at {StartTime}, the system will fetch the meeting's specified start time and show it in the email.
- Content: Enter the message you want to send in the email.
- Enter the appropriate information and save it using the "Save" or "Save & Close" button.
4. Editing a Notification Template
Please follow the steps below to edit a notification template.
- Click the Edit icon highlighted in Figure 2.1.
- The Edit Notification screen will appear, as Figure 4.1 shows.

- Make the required changes and click the "Save" or "Save & Close" button to save the changes.
5. Deleting a Notification Template
Please follow the steps below to delete a notification template:
- Click the Delete icon shown in Figure 2.1.
- A warning dialog with two related options will appear, as shown in Figure 5.1.
- Click “Yes, Delete” to continue deleting the notification template.
- Click “Cancel” to close the pop-up and skip the deletion process.
