POS Flag List Report Overview

POS flags allow you to add restrictions on certain sale items based on age. This report lists all POS flags, tax groups, and settings/age restrictions that are associated with them.

1. Reaching the "POS Flag List Report"

To reach the "POS Flag List Report," follow the below steps:

Step 1: Log into Control Center

Step 2: Choose Point of Sale

Step 3: Choose Reports

Step 4: Choose List Reports

Step 5: Choose POS Flag 

See Figure A. You will see many types of list reports that will be useful to your retail business. By clicking the drop-down selection, you will see the different types of list reports.

2. Generating the "POS Flag Report"

For generating the "POS Flag Report," you don't have to click on the "Generate Report" button explicitly. The system will display the list automatically upon selection.

1. Name: This column describes the name of the POS flag that is applied to any item.
   
2. Has Age Restriction: This column displays the value of the Has Age Restriction flag that is configured on the POS flag level as YES or NO. See Figure C below.

1. Age Required: This column displays the value that is entered at the POS Flag level. See Figure C above.
   
2. Tax Group Name: This column displays the tax group name that is filled in the Tax Group field on the POS Flag level. See Figure C above.
