The Pricebook Zone Groups enables users to perform mass updates on product cost, price, average cost, min/max values, and invoice or vendor part kit cost changes using Zone Groups instead of selecting individual zones each time.
In this module, you can perform the following:
- Create and manage Pricebook Zone Groups
- Assign zones to groups
- Mass update cost and price using Zone Groups
- Apply updates across multiple modules using Zone Groups
- This reduces manual effort and improves pricing management efficiency.
1. Reaching the "Pricebook Zones Group" Module
To reach the "Pricebook Zones Group" module:
- Step 1: Log into Control Center
- Step 2: Choose Point of Sale
- Step 3: Choose Maintenance
- Step 4: Choose Locations
- Step 5: Choose Pricebook Zones Groups

You will see the list of all created Pricebook Zone Groups.
Default Pricebook Zone Group
- A Default Pricebook Zone Group is system-created.
- All existing Pricebook Zones are assigned to this group.
- This group is selected by default.
- You may override this selection by choosing a different group.
Add a New Pricebook Zone Group
- Click + Add New.

- A Create Pricebook Zone Group pop-up window will open.
- Enter the following details:
- Name: Enter the group name.

- Choose one of the following actions:
- Save & Close: Save and return to listing.
- Save & New: Save and open new form.
- Save: Save details.
- Cancel: Discard changes.
Edit a Pricebook Zone Group
- Click on any group from the listing or click on the Edit icon.

- Update the Name field.
- Click:
- Delete
- Save & Close
- Save & New
- Save
- Cancel
Delete a Pricebook Zone Group
- Click on the Delete icon.

- Confirmation message appears: “Are you sure you want to delete this item?”

- Click on the "Yes, Delete" button to confirm.
- Click "Cancel" to abort deletion.
Mass Update Pricebook Zones to a Zone Group
This allows for assigning multiple zones to a selected group.
- On the Pricebook Zones listing page, click on "Mass Update."

- Select one or multiple Pricebook Zones.

- Enable the Pricebook Zone Group toggle.
- Select one Pricebook Zone Group from drop-down.
- Click on "Process."

- If not enabled, a validation appears: “Please enable the Pricebook Zone Group toggle and select a Pricebook Zone Group to update.”
- Once clicked on "Process," a preview window displays the selected group and associated zones.
