Shared Settings Overview
"Shared Settings" lets you set default time, auto log-off, and whether you want to have links open in the same window or not.

2. Understanding the "Shared Settings" Functioning
Please refer to Figure 2.1 and the description of the buttons and fields below to understand the "Shared Settings" functioning.

- 1: Default Time: Select the default timezone from this drop-down. The timezone you select here will be applied when creating displays and used in other various areas of the site.
- 2: Auto Log-off: Enable this button to set auto log-off preference.
- When you enable this button, the Autologoff Minutes drop-down will appear, as Figure 2.3 shows. Select the required minutes for it. For example, 5 minutes. In this case, after 5 minutes of being idle, the user will be signed out of the website automatically.
- 3: Open Link in Same Window: Enable this button if you want the system to open the available links in the same window.
- 4: Action Buttons:

- Cancel: Use this button to cancel the changes made at any point.
- Save & Close: If you click the "Save & Close" button, the system will save the preferences.
- Save: Use this button to save the changes you have made at any point.
