Ship to Customer

Overview

When redeeming a swag item from the Swag Shop within the Loyal-n-Save program, you have the option to choose between two shipping types: Standard Shipping or In-Store Pickup. This guide walks you through the process of redeeming a swag item and selecting the Standard Shipping option. 

To redeem a swag item and ship it to a customer, follow the steps below: 
  1. Access the Swag Shop: 
    1. Log into the Loyal-n-Save app or portal.

    1. From the left navigation menu, click on the "Swag Shop" option. 
  1. Browse for Available Swag Item: 
    1. Navigate to the "Stores" tab and click on "All Products."

You will see a list of available swag items from all participating stores. 
  1. Search and Filter Swag Item: 
    1. If you know the item you want, use the Search By Keyword field to find it by name. 
    2. You can also sort the swag items by stores using the drop-down menu. After selecting a store, you'll be able to filter the items by category. 
  2. Select a Swag Item and Redeem the Item:

  1. Click on the swag item you wish to redeem. 
  2. Enter the quantity you want to redeem. 
  3. Click on the "Redeem" button.

    1. The balance required to redeem the item will be automatically picked from your existing balance. All you need to do is to click on "Next." 
  1. Choose Shipping Method & Select Delivery Address: 
    1. After clicking "Next," you will be directed to a page where you can choose your shipping method.

    1. Select the "Standard Shipping" toggle option. 
    2. Choose the address where you would like the item to be delivered. 
    3. After selecting the store, click "Next."
  1. Review and Confirm:

    1. Verify the shipping address and product details. 
    2. Optionally, you can add a note. 
    3. Click on "Redeem Now" to finalize the redemption. 
  1. Confirmation: 
    1. As shown below, customer receives an email: "Thanks for your purchase.

  1.  Also, the marketing and/or fulfillment team receives New Order emails. Below are example emails:

Managing the Order Status in Control Center 

  1. View Order Status: 
    1. In Control Center, navigate to Loyalty > Swag Shop > Shop Purchases

  1. To access the redemption details, click on the View icon, this will open a detailed view that shows the specifics of the redeemed merchandise, including details such as product name, quantity, tokens used, date of redemption, and customer and shipping information.

  1. Fulfilling a customer’s redeemed order:  
    1. The fulfillment team clicks on Purchased under the Order Status column. 
    2. Enter the tracking # in the Mark Order as Shipped prompt. The provider (UPS/FedEx) will change based on the tracking number entered.

    1. The status in Control center changes to “Shipping / In-Progress."

    1. Tracking details can be accessible under the Actions section.

    1. Click on "Save." The order will be marked as shipped.

  1. Notification Email: 
    1. Once the status in Control Center changes to “Shipping / In-Progress” two emails are triggered. 
    2. The customer will receive a Get ready, your order is on the way! email. 
    3. The fulfillment or marketing team will receive an “Order Shipped” email.

  1. Once the product has been delivered to the selected location, the fulfillment team will update the order status by clicking on Shipping / In-Progress link under the Order Status column.

    1. A confirmation pop-up will be displayed to confirm the delivery of the product. Click on "Yes.

    1. Once you confirm the delivery of the product, an email will be sent to the customer informing them that the order has been delivered.

  1. Also, the fulfillment or marketing team will receive an “Order Delivered” email.

Tracking Details 

  1. To view the tracking details of redeemed items, click on the Track Details icon.

  1. Once you click on the icon, the Tracking Detail pop-up will be displayed with the following details:

  1. Purchased: This status indicates that the customer has successfully made a purchase. The order has been placed, but the item has not yet been shipped.

  1. Shipping In-Progress: This status shows that the order is currently being processed for shipment or is already on its way to the customer. The package is in transit, but it has not yet reached its destination.

  1. Completed / Delivered: This status confirms that the order has been fully processed and delivered to the customer. The transaction is complete, and the item has reached its final destination. 
The swag order through the Loyal-n-Save app is now completed.
