When redeeming a Swag item from the Swag Shop within the Loyal-n-Save program, you have the option to choose between two shipping types: Standard Shipping or In-Store Pickup. This guide walks you through the process of redeeming a Swag item and selecting the In-Store Pickup option.
To redeem a Swag item and ship it to a store, follow the steps below:
Access the Swag Shop:
Log into the Loyal-n-Save app or portal.

- From the left navigation menu, click on the "Swag Shop" option.
- Browse for Available Swag Item:
- Navigate to the "Stores" tab and click on "All Products."
- You will see a list of available Swag items from all participating stores.

- Search and Filter Swag Item:
- If you know the item you want, use the Search By Keyword field to find it by name.
- You can also sort the Swag items by Stores using the drop-down menu.
- After selecting a store, you'll be able to filter the items by category.
- Select a Swag Item & Redeem the Item:

- Click on the Swag item you wish to redeem.
- Enter the quantity you want to redeem.
- Click on the "Redeem" button.

- The balance required to redeem the item will be automatically picked from your existing balance. All you need to do is click on "Next."
- Choose Shipping Method & Select Pickup Location:
- After clicking "Next," you will be directed to a page where you can choose your shipping method.

- Select the "In-Store Pickup" toggle option.
- Choose the store location where you would like to pick up the item.
- After selecting the store, click "Next."
- Review and Confirm:

- Verify the shipping address and product details.
- Optionally, you can add a note.
- Click on "Redeem Now" to finalize the redemption.
- Confirmation:
- As shown below, the customer receives an email that reads, "Thanks for your purchase!"

- Also, the fulfillment and/or marketing team receives new order emails as shown below:

Managing the Order Status in Control Center
- View Order Status:
- In the Control Center, navigate to Loyalty > Swag Shop > Shop Purchases.

- The item will be listed with the Shipping Type as In-Store Pickup and the status as Purchased under the Order Status column.

- To access the Redemption Details: When you click on the View icon, this will open a detailed view that shows the specifics of the redeemed merchandise, including details such as product name, quantity, tokens used, date of redemption, and customer information.
- Change Order Status: To proceed with the order, the fulfillment team needs to change the order status to Shipping To Store:
- The fulfillment team clicks on "Purchased."

- A confirmation pop-up will appear. Confirm the change by clicking "Yes."
- Once you click on "Yes," the status will be updated successfully, and a QR code will be displayed on screen as shown below:

- The fulfillment team prints out the QR code and places the product in the box with QR code.
- Once the status in the Control Center changes to Shipping to Store, two emails are triggered.
- The customer will receive a Get ready for some SWAG! email.

- The fulfillment or marketing team will receive an Order Shipped email.

- Once the product has reached the store, the manager or cashier at the selected location will scan the QR code at POS system.
- The message “Successfully updated Swag Shop item status” will appear after the QR code is scanned.
- If the QR code has already been scanned, the message “Swag Shop Status Update Failed: The order is already marked as Arrived At Store” will populate on the POS screen.
- Once the QR code is scanned by the store manager, an email will be sent to the customer informing them that the order has arrived.

Note: When the QR is scanned at the wrong store, the message below will be displayed and the status in the Control Center will not change.

- Once the merchandise has been accepted by the store and the QR is scanned successfully, the status in Control Center changes to “Arrived at Store” and two emails are triggered.
- The customer will receive a Your Order has arrived in your store! email.

Also, as mentioned in the email, the user can find the QR code in the Loyal-n-Save application under the Swag Shop > History > Swag Item. Select the product you have redeemed and click on the "Arrived at Store" link to open the QR code.

- Pickup Process:
- At the pickup store, the store manager or cashier scans the customer's QR code at POS.
- The status changes in Control Center to “Store Pickup Complete."
