Simulator

1. Overview 

The Campaign Simulator option allows you to preview and analyze the expected customer reach and audience distribution for a campaign based on the configured criteria. This helps ensure that the campaign is targeted correctly before it is activated. 

2. Reaching the Campaign Simulator 

  1. Choose Loyalty 
  2. Choose Campaigns
  3. Click on Edit Campaign icon under the Actions 
  4. Click on the Simulator button

  1. When you click on "Simulator," the system opens the Customer Statistics window. This window provides a summary of: 
    1. Expected Reach
    2. Total Customers
    3. Overall Percentage   
    4. Customer base comparison  
    5. Demographic distribution

3. Top Summary Section 

The top section displays key campaign metrics: 

Number of Expected Reach

Indicates the estimated number of customers who qualify for the campaign based on the selected filters. 

Total Number of Customers

                              Figure 1.3


Displays the total number of customers available in the system. 

Overall Percentage 

                              Figure 1.4

Shows the percentage of customers included in the campaign compared to the total customer base.

4. Customer Demographics 

Gender Distribution

A pie chart showing the split between: 
  1. Male  
  2. Female  
This helps evaluate gender-based targeting for the campaign. 

Age Distribution

  1. Selected: Customers matching the campaign criteria  
  2. Outliers: Customers outside the defined criteria  
This helps assess how effectively the campaign targets the intended age group. 

Chart Options 
For both charts and Customer Interests, click the More Options icon to:

5. Customer Interests 

The Customer Interests section displays customer distribution across a scale of 0 to 9.

Details 
  1. The scale represents the level of customer engagement or activity.  
  2. Higher values indicate more engaged or active customers.  
Usage 
Use this section to: 
  1. Identify high-value customer segments  
  2. Refine campaign targeting  
  3. Improve campaign effectiveness  

6. Key Notes 

  1. The Simulator provides estimated data based on current campaign configuration.  
  2. Any changes to campaign filters will impact the displayed statistics.  
  3. It is recommended to review this data before activating the campaign.  

7. Summary 

The Customer Statistics window helps you validate your campaign audience by providing a clear view of reach, demographics, and engagement levels, enabling more accurate and effective targeting.
