Store Reports

Overview

To reach the "Store Reports" in Control Center, perform the following:   

1. Step 1: Log into Control Center  
   
2. Step 2: Choose Loyalty  
   
3. Step 3: Choose Reports  
   
4. Step 4: Choose Store Reports

1. Store Monthly Signup Report: This report provides a monthly breakdown of the total number of customer signups and team signups for each store over the past year. It allows you to track how many new customers and team members were added to each store’s Loyal-n-Save program on a month-by-month basis, providing insights into sign-up trends and store performance over time.

1. Store Signup Report: This report details the total number of customer signups across all levels of your loyalty program for each store. It shows how many customers have joined at various levels (such as Level 1, Level 2, Level 3, etc.) in each store, providing a clear view of customer engagement and how effectively each store is enrolling customers into different tiers of the program.
