Category Groups
A category group is a way to organize and manage different products or items available for redemption by customers. Each category group can enclose multiple related categories, making it easier for users to navigate and find items they want to redeem with the available tokens.
For example, a category group could be labeled "Electronics," and within this group, you might find categories like "Smartphones," "Accessories," and "Wearables." This structure helps in streamlining the shopping experience by grouping similar items together, ensuring that members can easily locate products of interest within the Swag Shop.
Reaching the Category Groups Section
To reach "Category Groups" in Control Center, perform the following:
- Step 1: Log into Control Center
- Step 2: Choose Loyalty
- Step 3: Choose Swag Shop
- Step 4: Choose Category Groups

Create a Category Group
To create a Swag Shop category group, perform the following:
- On the Category Groups page, click on "Add New."

- Name: Enter the name of the category group.

- Click on "Save & New" to add more category groups.
- To exit from the screen, click on "Save & Close." The category group will be added successfully.
