Swag Shop Dashboard

Overview 

The "Swag Shop Dashboard" provides an overview of redemptions, a detailed breakdown of order statuses, a list of highest-spending customers, insights into top-selling categories, a ranking of the top 5 selling products, and comprehensive details of recent customer purchases.

To Reach the "Swag Shop Dashboard"

  1. Log into Control Center 
  2. Click on "Dashboard" on the left side shown below:

Refer to the screen below. Click on "Signage Dashboard."

Select "Swag Shop Dashboard" from the drop-down menu.

Selecting "Swag Shop Dashboard" from the drop-down menu will direct you to its main page.

Shop Purchases

This section shows Swag Shop redemptions of customers. See below:

Order Status Breakdown 

This section shows the breakdown of order status from all open or closed Swag Shop redemptions.

Top 5 Spenders  

This section shows data of the highest spending customers in Swag Shop rewards.

It contains the following fields: 
  1. Customer – It shows the customer’s name who has spent the highest amount.
  2. Total Orders – It shows the total number of orders made by a customer.
  3. Total Items Bought – It shows the total number of items bought by the customer. 
  4. Total Points Spent – It shows the total points spent by the customers on purchases. 

Top Selling Categories 

This section shows data of top-selling Swag Shop item categories:

Top 5 Selling Products 

This section displays the top 5 Swag Shop items sold in your rewards store.

Recent Orders 

This section shows recent purchases made by customers in the rewards store.

This section contains the following fields: 
  1. Customer – It shows the customer’s name who has made a recent purchase. 
  2. Items – It shows the total number of items bought by the customer.  
  3. Total – It shows the total amount of purchases made by the customer.  
  4. Created At – It shows the order purchase date when the customer redeemed an item/s from the Swag Shop. 
  5. Order Status – It shows the order status of the item ordered by the customer.  
  6. Actions  It includes two action buttons:

1. View Order – Merchant can view the order details of the purchased item.
When you click on the View Order icon, the screen below will be displayed:

2. Track Order – Merchant can track the detail of the order to know the order status. 
(NOTE: When the order status gets changed to Shipping in Progress, then you will get information regarding provider name and tracking no.)

This section has the following search functions: 
  1. Order Number: It shows the order number for the purchase made by the customer. 
  2. Product: It shows the name of the product that has been purchased by the customer. 
  3. First Name: It shows the first name of the customer. 
  4. Last Name: It shows the last name of the customer. 
  5. Qty Sold: It shows the total quantity sold for a redeemed product.  
  6. Total Amount: It shows the total amount of redemptions made. 
  7. Shipping Type: It shows 2 shipping type options available: In-Store Pickup and Standard Shipping 
  8. Order Status: It shows the order status of the product redeemed by the customer. 
  9. Timestamp: It shows the time when the order purchase was redeemed from the Swag Shop.  
  10. Actions: You will see 3 action buttons:

1. View: Here, you can view details of the purchases made by customers. 
2. Track Order Details: Here, you can track order details and know its status. 
3. Remove: Here, you can delete the order item.
