Swag Shop

Shop Purchases Merchandise 

This section allows you to view the list of merchandise items you have purchased and keep track of order details. 

Steps to Access "Shop Purchases": 

  1. Step 1: Log into Control Center 
  2. Step 2: Select Loyalty 
  3. Step 3: Choose Swag Shop 
  4. Step 4: Select Shop Purchases 
  5. Step 5: Choose Purchase Type as Merchandise Redemption

Once you select "Merchandise Redemption" from the purchase type drop-down, the list of merchandise items will be displayed with the following filters: 
  1. Order Number: This is a unique identifier assigned to each order placed in the Swag Shop. It helps customers and the system track and manage individual transactions. When contacting customer support or checking the status of an order, the order number is essential. 
  2. Product Name: This refers to the specific item that a customer has chosen from the Swag Shop. 
  3. First/Last Name: These are the personal details of the customer who placed the order. The first and last names are used to identify the purchaser and are often required for order processing, shipping, and customer service inquiries. 
  4. Quantity Purchased: This indicates the number of units for each product that the customer has ordered. If a customer has purchased multiple items of the same product, this number reflects that total quantity. 
  5. Total Amount: This includes the sum of the prices for all items purchased, potentially adjusted for any discounts, taxes, and shipping fees. 
  6. Shipping Type: This refers to the method chosen for delivering the merchandise. Options might include standard shipping or in-store pickup, depending on the customer’s preference and the available methods. 
  7. Order Status: This is a real-time update on where the order stands in the fulfillment process. It could show statuses such as "Purchased," "Shipping/In-Progress," "Completed/Delivered," "Arrived at Store," or any other relevant phase in the order journey. 
    1. Shipping to Store: If a customer has opted for in-store pickup, the order will first go through the "Shipping to Store" status. The merchandise is being sent from the warehouse or supplier to the selected store location.  
    2. Arrived at Store: This status is updated once the merchandise reaches the selected store. It indicates that the order is ready for the customer to pick up.  
    3. Store Pickup Complete: Once the customer visits the store and collects their merchandise, the status changes to "Store Pickup Complete." This confirms that the order has been successfully handed over to the customer.  
    4. Merchandise Gift Sent: If the customer has chosen to send the merchandise as a gift, the "Merchandise Gift Sent" status indicates that the gift has been dispatched to the recipient.  
    5. Merchandise Gift Received: This final status shows that the recipient has received the gift. The process is complete, and the sender is notified that their gift has been delivered. 
  8. Timestamp: The "Timestamp" records the exact date when the order was placed.

  1. To view the product details, click on the View icon under the Actions column. The following details will be displayed under each section.

Purchase Item:  

  1. Product Image: The image used while creating the merchandise item 
  2. Purchase Item: Name of the product 
  3. Item Price: Indicates the tokens needed to purchase the item 
  4. Quantity Sold: Number of items purchased 
  5. Total Price: Indicates total number of tokens needed to purchase the item(s) 
  6. Item UPC: Indicates the items unique product code  

Balance Details:  

  1. Amount Used: Total tokens used to purchase the product 
  2. Remaining Balance: Balance remaining after the purchase  

Shipping Information:  

  1. Shipment Type: Indicates method of shipment used to send the product 
  2. Status: Status of the purchased items 

Customer Information:  

  1. Customer Email: Customer's email address  
  2. Customer Name: Name of the customer  
  3. Current Balance: Current balance available in the customer's account

  1. To view the tracking details of purchased item, click on Track Details icon. 
  2. Once you click on the icon, Tracking Detail pop-up will be displayed with the following details:
    1. Purchased: This status indicates that a customer has successfully redeemed their points or purchased merchandise from the Swag Shop. The transaction is complete, and the order is now being processed.

    1. Shipping / In-Progress: After the purchase is confirmed, the order moves into the "Shipping / In-Progress" phase. This means that the merchandise is being prepared for shipment or is already in transit to the delivery destination.

    1. Completed / Delivered: The "Completed / Delivered" status signifies that the order has reached its destination. The customer has received their merchandise, and the transaction is officially closed.
