Worksheet Export Overview
It is important for a retail business to
keep an eye on vendor-wise and location-wise inventory adjustments. "Worksheet Export" enables you to export the selected worksheets created
for adjusting the inventory level.
"Worksheet Export" lets you do the following:
Export the adjustment worksheets in PDF format. You can choose combinations of the following parameters to generate a PDF:
- Date Range
- Worksheet Status
- Location(s) or Location
Group(s)
- Vendors
You can choose multiple combinations as per your requirements. The system will export a separate PDF for each adjustment worksheet.
1. Reaching "Worksheet Export"
- Step 1: Log into Control Center
- Step 2: Choose Point of Sale
- Step 3: Choose Inventory
- Step 4: Choose Adjustments
- Step 5: Choose Worksheet Export
2. Understanding "Worksheet Export" Layout
- Please refer to Figure A and the description of the buttons and fields below to understand the layout of "Worksheet Export."

1: Date Range: This section allows you to select the required date range.
2: Worksheet Status: This
drop-down allows you to select the worksheet status.
3: Location and Location Group:
These tabs let you select location(s) or location group(s) based on your
requirements.
4: Vendors: This section lets you select the vendors for the adjustment worksheet.
3. Exporting a Worksheet
Please follow the steps below to export an adjustment worksheet:
1. Refer to the following steps below to select the Start Date and the End Date. This is to be specific about the adjustment worksheet records.
- Click inside the Start Date field. The drop-down calendar will appear. Please select the date from it. You
can also manually enter the date in MM/DD/YYYY format.

- Click inside the End Date field and follow the same process.
2. Please select the required worksheet status from the Worksheet Status drop-down.
- By default, the system will select All. Click on the Worksheet Status drop-down and uncheck the status you don't need in the adjustment worksheet records.

3. Select the Location(s) or Location Group(s) for which you need to export the adjustment worksheet. For example, if you click on the Locations tab, it will show a list of all your locations.
- Check the checkbox to select the location, as shown in Figure D.

- Similarly, you can select the location group.
4. Select the vendors from the vendor list.
- Check the checkbox to select the vendors, as shown in Figure E.
5. Click on the "Export Worksheet" button, as shown in Figure F.

6. The Worksheets to Export screen will appear, as shown in Figure G. Select the worksheets you want to and click the "Export" button.
- Enable the Generate Single PDF button if you want to export all worksheets in a single PDF. The system will keep it turned off by default.

7. The zip file will be downloaded. Click on it to open it. You will see a separate PDF for each adjustment worksheet.
