Loyal-n-Save Data Reference

1. Overview

Learn what customer data, profile properties, and events are synchronized from FTx Control Center to Klaviyo through the Loyal-n-Save integration. This article provides a reference for the metrics and customer data available after connecting the integration. 

You can use the synchronized data to: 
  1. Build dynamic audience segments. 
  2. Trigger automated flows. 
  3. Create conditional splits in flow. 
  4. Personalize email and SMS content. 
  5. Analyze customer loyalty and purchasing behavior.

2. How to View Your Loyal-n-Save Data 

After connecting the integration, customer profiles and loyalty activity are automatically synchronized from FTx Control Center to Klaviyo. 

2.1 View Synchronized Metrics and Event Payloads 

To view the metrics and event data synchronized from Loyal-n-Save: 
  1. In Klaviyo, navigate to Analytics > Metrics.

  1. Search for or browse the metrics associated with the Loyal-n-Save integration.

  1. Select a metric to open its activity feed. 
  2. Click on any individual event within the activity feed to view the complete event details and associated event properties (payload).

  1. Review the synchronized property names and values, which can be used when building segments, creating flow triggers, configuring trigger filters, or personalizing email and SMS messages. 

2.2 View Synchronized Customer Profiles 

To view synchronized customer profile data: 
  1. Navigate to Audience > Profiles

  1. Review the synchronized profile properties. 
  2. Scroll through the activity timeline to view Loyal-n-Save events associated with that customer.

3. Synced Profile Properties 

The Loyal-n-Save integration creates and updates Klaviyo profiles using customer information stored in FTx Control Center. 

Depending on the available data, the following profile properties may be synchronized: 
  1. email — The customer's email address
  2. phone_number— The customer's phone number
  3. first_name — The customer's first name
  4. last_name — The customer's last name
  5. external_id — The unique external customer identifier (Core Customer ID)
  6. address1 — The first line of the customer's street address
  7. address2 — The second line of the customer's street address, if available
  8. city — Customer city
  9. country — The customer's country
  10. region — The customer's state, province, or region
  11. zip — Customer ZIP or postal code
  12. timezone — The customer's time zone
  13. date_of_birth — The customer's date of birth
  14. eaiv_verified — Indicates whether the customer has completed Electronic Age and Identity Verification (EAIV)
  15. signup_date — The date and time the customer enrolled in the loyalty program
  16. survey_selections — Customer survey selections
  17. interests — Customer interests and preferences
  18. can_email — Email marketing consent status 
  19. can_push_notification — Push notification marketing consent status 
  20. can_text — SMS marketing consent status 
These profile properties can be used to build segments, personalize campaigns, and create targeted customer journeys. 

4. Metrics Available by Plan 

The metrics synchronized by the Loyal-n-Save integration depend on the FTx Control Center marketing package and any optional modules enabled for your account.

Important: The metrics described in this article represent all metrics currently supported by Loyal-n-Save integration. The specific metrics available in your Klaviyo account depend on your subscribed FTx Control Center plan and any enabled add-on modules. If you do not see a metric listed below in your Klaviyo account, verify that the corresponding feature is included in your plan. 
Unless otherwise noted, higher-tier plans include all metrics available in lower-tier plans. 

5. Klaviyo + Loyalty STARTER Plan 

The starter plan provides a foundational subset of metrics. Unlike the core plans—which support all channels (Email, SMS, and Push) for every event—the STARTER plan delivers events dedicated strictly to a single specified channel.

6. Klaviyo + Loyalty Essential Plan (10 Flows) 

The Essential plan includes the foundational loyalty and transaction metrics required to build customer segments, trigger flows, and personalize campaigns.

7. New Customer Sign Up 

Segment: New Customer Sign-Up 

This is handled in a segment created inside Klaviyo. It tracks brand-new profiles created in the system on the current calendar day. This segment is highly dynamic, resetting daily, and is typically used to monitor real-time list growth, trigger immediate welcome sequences, or audit today's incoming subscriber data. 

Available Channels: 
  1. STARTER Plan: SMS Only  
  2. Other Standard Plans: Email, SMS, Push 
Purchase Event 
Metric: Purchase Event  
This event is tracked whenever a customer completes a qualifying purchase. You can use this metric to trigger post-purchase automations, create customer segments, and personalize marketing messages. 
Notes
Note: The event property names shown throughout this article reflect the actual property names sent to Klaviyo. These are displayed exactly as they appear in the event payload and should be referenced precisely when building segments, configuring flow trigger filters, or personalizing message content. 
Property names use the same naming convention as the event payload sent to Klaviyo. The values shown in this article are representative of the fields available for each event. Actual property availability may vary depending on the event type and active FTx Control Center features.

Tokens Earned 
Metric: Points Earned 
This event is tracked whenever a customer earns loyalty points or tokens. You can use this metric to notify customers of newly earned rewards or create loyalty engagement automations. 

Available Channels: 
  1. STARTER Plan: SMS and Emails Only  
  2. Other Standard Plans: Email, SMS, Push

Coupon Earned 
Metric: Tokens Earned 
This event is tracked when a customer qualifies for and receives a loyalty reward coupon. 

Available Channels: 
  1. STARTER Plan: SMS Only  
  2. Other Standard Plans: Email, SMS, Push

Loyalty Transaction Payload 
The following event properties are used by the Purchase Event, Points Earned, Coupon Earned, and Customer Visit metrics:  
  1. receiptNumber — The receipt or transaction number associated with the purchase
  2. tokensEarned — The number of loyalty tokens or points earned from the purchase
  3. customerTotalBalance — The customer's updated loyalty token balance after the transaction
  4. couponsEarned — Any loyalty coupons or rewards generated from the purchase
  5. itemDetails — Information about the purchased items, including product details and quantities
  6. categories — The product categories associated with the purchased items
  7. departments — The departments associated with the purchased products
  8. brands — The brands associated with the purchased products
  9. manufacturers — The manufacturers associated with the purchased products
  10. campaigns — Marketing campaigns or promotions associated with the transaction
  11. recentSwagItems — Swag or loyalty reward items related to the customer's recent activity 
Tokens spent (cash redemption) 
Metric: Cash Redeem 
This event is tracked when a customer redeems loyalty tokens as a cash-equivalent reward during a transaction. 

Event Properties 
  1. dollarsRedeemed— The monetary value redeemed by the customer
  2. tokensRedeemed — The number of loyalty tokens used
  3. balanceAfter — Token Balance after redemption
Tokens Spent (Coupon Redemption) 
Metric: Coupon Redeemed 
This event is tracked whenever a customer redeems a loyalty coupon or promotional reward. 

Event Properties 
  1. couponId — The identifier of the redeemed coupon
  2. coupon_value — The value associated with the coupon
  3. receipt_number — The associated transaction identifier
  4. coupon_name — Name of the coupon

Loyalty Card Added 
Metric: LNS Card Added 
This event is tracked when a loyalty card is linked to a customer account. 

Event properties 
  1. cardNumber — The loyalty card assigned to the customer
Completed Profile Rewards 
Metric: Profile Complete Points Earned 
This event is tracked whenever a customer completes their loyalty profile and earns a profile completion reward.

Completed Interest Survey Rewards 
Metric: Customer Interest Points Earned 
This event is tracked whenever a customer completes an interest survey or preference profile and receives loyalty points.

Store Feedback Rewards 
Metric: Store Feedback Points Earned 
This event is tracked whenever a customer receives loyalty points for submitting store feedback.

Customer Activity Reward Payload 
The following event properties are used by the Profile Complete Points Earned, Customer Interest Points Earned, Store Feedback Points Earned, and Swag Item Review Points Earned metrics. 
  1. points — The number of points awarded for completing the profile
  2. recentSwagItems — Recent Swag items added

8. Klaviyo + Loyalty Pro Plan (18 Flows) 

In addition to all Essential Plan metrics, the Plus plan includes customer engagement and loyalty lifecycle metrics.

Email Campaign Opened 
Metric: Email Opened 
This event is tracked when a customer opens an email campaign sent. 

Event Properties 
  1. email_campaign_id — The identifier for the campaign that has been opened. 
New Campaign  
Metric: New Campaign 
Triggered when a new campaign becomes available, helping notify customers about promotions, rewards, or special offers. 

Event Properties 
  1. campaigns — List of available campaigns. 
View Campaign 
Metric: Viewed Campaign 
This event is tracked whenever a customer views a marketing campaign or promotional offer. 

Event Properties 
  1. itemName — The name of the campaign
  2. itemImage — The campaign image
  3. otherDeals — Other more campaigns
View Coupon 1 (Expiration Date) 
Metric: Viewed Coupons 
This event is tracked when a customer reward or coupon is approaching its expiration date.

View Coupon 2 (No Expiration Date) 
Metric: Viewed Coupons 
This event is tracked whenever a customer views an available coupon or reward.

View Token Balance 
Metric: Viewed Balance 
This event is tracked whenever a customer views their loyalty balance. 

Event Properties 
  1. total_balance — The customer's current loyalty balance, sum of all balance types
  2. balances — customer balances along with customer balance type and respective balances
Coupon Payload 
The following event properties are used by the Viewed Coupons and Coupon Expire metrics. 
  1. coupon_image — The coupon image
  2. coupon_name — The coupon name
  3. coupon_type — The type or category of coupon (Free Item/Percentage Off/Dollar Amount Off)
  4. coupon_value — The coupon value
  5. coupon_expiration_type — The expiration type of coupon (Never Expire / Day After Issue / Static Date) 
  6. coupon_expected_end_date — The expiration date of the coupon (calculated automatically based on selected expiration type)
New Click To Card Offer 
Metric: New Click To Card Offer 
Triggered when a new Click 2 Card offer becomes available, allowing customers to save and redeem offers directly from their loyalty account. 
  1. name — The coupon name
  2. value — The coupon value
  3. can_expire — Shows if coupon can expire
  4. expiration_type — Coupon expiration type
  5. expiration_date — Coupon expiration date
  6. coupon_image_s3_path — The coupon image
  7. account Coupon account details 
Click 2 Card Offer Added 
Metric: Click 2 Card Offer Added 
This event is tracked when a customer clicks to add a coupon/card to their account. It is sent through the existing Coupon Earned Klaviyo event. 

Event Properties 
  1. couponsEarned — List of coupons earned from the click-to-card action
  2. recentSwagItems — Latest Swag Shop items for the account
  3. customerTotalBalance — Customer’s total loyalty balance
  4. type — Set to click_to_card, used to identify this Coupon Earned event as a click-to-card coupon event

9. Klaviyo + Loyalty Pro+ Plan (24 flows) 

In addition to all Essential and Pro plan metrics, the Premium plan includes advanced automation and customer lifecycle metrics.

Missing Interest Survey 
Segment: Missing Interests 
This is handled in a segment inside Klaviyo and identifies subscribers who have not yet indicated or been assigned any specific content/product preferences. This segment is useful for launching zero-party data enrichment campaigns (e.g., preference center update emails) to help improve targeting and personalization. 

Missing Profile Information 
Segment: Profile Missing Information 
Captures incomplete contact profiles that are missing either an email address or a phone number. It helps identify gaps in your multi-channel marketing reach and is valuable for cleaning up standard profiles or targeting users specifically through the single channel they did provide.  

Customer Visits 
Metric: Customer Visit 
This event is tracked whenever a customer visit is recorded. It can be used to identify active customers and build visit-based automations.

The following event properties are used by Birthday and Loyalty Anniversary and We Miss You metrics. 
  1. campaign_name — The campaign name
  2. reward_type — The reward type for the campaign
  3. reward — Reward text (Tokens/Coupon)

  1. token_reward — The reward token value. 
For coupon reward,  
  1. coupon_image — The coupon image

View Swag Shop Item 
Metric: Viewed Swag Item 
This event is tracked whenever a customer views a Swag or loyalty reward catalog item. 

Event properties 
  1. itemImage —The image of the viewed Swag item
  2. itemName — The name of the viewed item
  3. itemLink — The Swag item link
  4. recentSwagItems — Other Swag items recently added
Wishlist Swag Shop Item 
Metric: Swag Item Wishlist 
This event is tracked whenever a customer adds a Swag item to their wishlist. 

Event Properties 
  1. itemName — The name of the selected item
  2. itemImage — The image of the selected Swag item
  3. itemLink — The Swag item link
  4. deals — Newly added deals
Tokens Spent (Swag Shop Redemption) 
Metric: Tokens Spent 
This event is tracked whenever loyalty tokens are spent by a customer. 

Event Properties 
  1. name — The name of the item
  2. tokenAmount — The amount of loyalty tokens used
  3. image — The item image
  4. customerBalance — The customer's remaining loyalty balance 
  5. swagItems — The other recent Swag items
  6. deals — The deals newly added 
  7. itemType — Type of the item purchased (Coupon/Merchandise) 
Swag Shop Item Review (Follow Up) 
Metric: Swag Item Order 
Triggered after a customer receives their redeemed Swag Shop item. It is sent through the existing Swag Item Order event. 

Event Properties 
  1. name — The name of the item 
  2. tokenAmount — The amount of loyalty tokens used
  3. image — The item image
  4. customerBalance — The customer's remaining loyalty balance 
  5. swagItems — The other recent Swag items
  6. deals — The deals newly added
  7. itemType — Type of the item purchased (Coupon/Merchandise) 
  8. orderStatus — The status of the Swag Shop item order. After delivery, the status is displayed as “Completed / Delivered” 
Swag Shop Item Review Rewards 
Metric: Swag Item Review Points Earned 
This event is tracked whenever a customer earns loyalty points for submitting a Swag item review.

11. Altria Scan Data add-on metrics 

If the "Altria Scan Data" module is enabled for your account, the following additional metrics are synchronized to Klaviyo. 

Additional Metrics Included 

EAIV/AVT   
Metric: EAIV Completed 
This event is tracked whenever a customer successfully completes the Electronic Age and Identity Verification (EAIV) process. You can use this event to trigger follow-up communications or build audience segments based on verification of completion. 

Event Properties 
  1. eaiv_status — The EAIV status value (0/1). 

12. Using Loyal-n-Save Data in Klaviyo 

After the integration is connected, the synchronized metrics and profile properties can be used throughout Klaviyo. 

Build Segments 
Create dynamic segments based on customer loyalty and engagement activity, for example: 
  1. Customers who earned loyalty points
  2. Customers who redeemed coupons
  3. Customers who have not visited recently
  4. Customers approaching a loyalty anniversary
  5. Customers with available reward balances
  6. Customers who viewed campaigns or Swag items
Trigger Flows 
Use Loyal-n-Save metrics to trigger automated flows such as: 
  1. Welcome Series
  2. Post-Purchase Follow-up
  3. Points Earned Notifications
  4. Coupon Earned Notifications
  5. Birthday Rewards
  6. Win-Back Campaigns

Personalize Messages 
Profile properties and event data can be inserted into email and SMS templates to personalize messaging with customer names, loyalty balances, rewards, transaction details, and other synchronized information.
