Overview
In the Loyal-n-Save program, campaigns are categorized into two types:
- Stackable Campaign
- Priority Campaign
1. Stackable Campaign
A stackable campaign allows multiple campaigns to apply to the same product in a single transaction.
2. Priority Campaign
A priority campaign ensures that only one campaign applies to a product, even if multiple campaigns are eligible. The system will prioritize campaigns based on their set priority.
3. Setting Up a Campaign
- Choose: Loyalty
- Choose: Campaigns
3.2 Choosing the Campaign Type
- Trigger Type: Trigger Point
- Reward Type: Trigger Points Per Dollar Value – Coupon
- Options Tab:
- Stackable Campaign: Set the "Stackable" toggle to YES.
- Priority Campaign: Set the "Stackable" toggle to NO. The system will then prioritize campaigns based on the assigned priority levels.
4. Understanding Priority Campaigns
When creating priority campaigns, be sure to assign priority levels in the "Options" tab. The system will activate the campaign with the highest priority (lowest number).
Imagine a store running multiple campaigns for the same product category. Here's how the campaigns are set up:
- Trigger Type: Trigger Points (Coupon)
- Reward Type: Trigger Points Per Dollar Value – Coupon
(Campaign A)
- Details Tab:
- Name: Spend $100 on Fireworks and Get $25 Coupon.
- Trigger Point: 1
- Per Dollar Amount: 1.00
- Trigger Value: 100 (must spend $100)

Priority Campaign Activation
In the above example:
Since Campaign C has the highest priority (Priority 1), it will be triggered if the spending conditions are met.
Campaign A (Priority 3) and Campaign B (Priority 2) will not activate because Campaign C takes precedence.
The system activates the campaign with the highest priority (the lowest number). Ensure spending limits are clearly defined in the Use Dollar Limit section to avoid unintended campaign overlaps.
Pro Tip
- Carefully plan your campaign priorities to align with your business goals.
- Use Stackable Campaigns for flexible promotions and Priority Campaigns for structured offers.
- Regularly review and update campaign priorities to match seasonal promotions or special events.
