Overview
In the Loyal-n-Save program, campaigns are categorized into two types:
- Stackable Campaign
- Priority Campaign
1. Stackable Campaign
A stackable campaign allows multiple campaigns to apply to the same product in a single transaction.
2. Priority Campaign
A priority campaign ensures that only one campaign applies to a product, even if multiple campaigns are eligible. The system will prioritize campaigns based on their set priority.
3. Setting Up a Campaign
- Choose: Loyalty
- Choose: Campaigns
3.2 Choosing the Campaign Type
- Trigger Type: Trigger Point
- Reward Type: Trigger Points Per Dollar Value – Coupon
- Options Tab:
- Stackable Campaign: Set the "Stackable" toggle to "YES."
- Priority Campaign: Set the "Stackable" toggle to "NO." The system will then prioritize campaigns based on the assigned priority levels.
4. Understanding Priority Campaigns
When creating priority campaigns, be sure to assign priority levels in the "Options" tab. The system will activate the campaign with the highest priority (lowest number).
Imagine a store running multiple campaigns for the same product category. Here's how the campaigns are set up:
- Trigger Type: Trigger Points (Coupon)
- Reward Type: Trigger Points Per Dollar Value – Coupon
(Campaign A)
- Details Tab:
- Name: Spend $100 on Fireworks and Get $25 Coupon.
- Trigger Point: 1
- Per Dollar Amount: 1.00
- Trigger Value: 100 (must spend $100)

- Options Tab:

- Priority: 3
- Use Dollar Limit: Yes—100

(Campaign B)
- Details Tab:
- Name: Spend $300 on Fireworks and Get $50 Coupon
- Trigger Point: 1
- Per Dollar Amount: 1.00
- Trigger Value: 300 (must spend $300)

Priority Campaign Activation
In the above example:
Since Campaign C has the highest priority (Priority 1), it will be triggered if the spending conditions are met.
Campaign A (Priority 3) and Campaign B (Priority 2) will not activate because Campaign C takes precedence.
The system activates the campaign with the highest priority (the lowest number). Ensure spending limits are clearly defined in the Use Dollar Limit section to avoid unintended campaign overlaps.
Pro Tip
- Carefully plan your campaign priorities to align with your business goals.
- Use Stackable Campaigns for flexible promotions and Priority Campaigns for structured offers.
- Regularly review and update campaign priorities to match seasonal promotions or special events.
Click the Information (
) icon next to the Priority field to view how the system processes campaigns with the same priority.
When two or more non-stackable campaigns are assigned the same Priority value and a transaction qualifies for all of them, the system evaluates the campaigns based on the campaign creation order. The campaign that was created first is evaluated and applied first. Once an eligible non-stackable campaign is applied, the remaining campaigns with the same priority are ignored.
Example:
Campaign
| Priority
| Created On |
Campaign A | 1 | Jan 10, 2026 |
Campaign B | 1 | Jan 15, 2026 |
If a transaction qualifies for both campaigns, Campaign A is applied because it was created before Campaign B. Since the campaigns are non-stackable, Campaign B is not evaluated further.
Note: When multiple non-stackable campaigns share the same priority, the campaign creation order is used as the tie-breaker.
Priority = 0
When Trigger Type is set to Trigger Points, Reward Type is set to Trigger Points Per Dollar Value - Coupon, and Stackable is set to "NO," the Priority field determines the order in which eligible campaigns are evaluated.
If the Priority is set to 0, the campaign receives the highest evaluation priority. When a transaction qualifies for multiple non-stackable campaigns, the system evaluates the campaign with Priority 0 before campaigns with higher priority values (such as 1, 2, or 3). If the campaign meets all qualifying conditions, it is applied, and the remaining non-stackable campaigns are ignored.
Example:
Assume the following two campaigns are active:
Campaign
| Stackable
| Priority |
Campaign A | No
| 0 |
Campaign B | No
| 1 |
If a customer's transaction qualifies for both campaigns, the system first evaluates Campaign A because it has the lowest priority value (0). Since non-stackable campaigns cannot be combined, Campaign A is applied and Campaign B is skipped.
Note: Lower priority values indicate higher precedence. Therefore, Priority 0 is always evaluated before Priority 1, Priority 2, and subsequent values.
