1. Overview
A Campaign Report is designed to generate comprehensive reports on various campaign-related statistics. This feature allows businesses to analyze and evaluate the performance of their marketing campaigns by providing detailed insights into how customers interact with them. These reports cover a range of metrics, such as the total number of tokens earned, sales data, customer participation, and overall campaign effectiveness.
2. Reaching "Campaign Reports"
To reach "Campaign Reports" in Control Center, perform the following:
- Step 1: Log into Control Center
- Step 2: Choose Loyalty
- Step 3: Choose Reports
- Step 4: Choose Campaign Reports
By clicking the drop-down selection, you will see the different types of campaign reports.

2.1 Filters
The common filters available for the campaign reports are as follows:
Filter By Customer: You can filter the report data by selecting specific customers from the list to check the items they got when buying the products.

On selecting Filter By Customers from the "Filter By Customer" drop-down, a "Manage Filter" window will open from where you can select the specific customer. You can select a specific customer from the available list, apply the filter, and generate the report.
Date Range & Presets: This filter lets you select the report's time interval.
- Click inside the Start Date field.
- Select the specific date and time from the drop-down calendar. You can also manually enter the date in the MM/DD/YYYY format.
- Click inside the End Date field and follow the same process.
Filter By Campaign: The "Filter By Campaign" option allows you to see reports for a specific campaign. Just choose the campaign you're interested in from the list, and you'll get the report for that one.
The Filter By Campaign drop-down menu has two options: Show All and Filter By Campaign. By default, the system selects "Show All" and considers all campaigns to generate the report.
Follow the steps below to make the required selections:
- Select the Filter By Campaign option in the drop-down and click the "Manage" button.
- Search: Use this Search box for a specific result.
- Selection Checkboxes: Select the required Campaigns by checking the appropriate checkboxes.
- Arrow: Click the green Arrow button to move the selected records to Selected Area.
- Apply: Click the "Apply" button for the selected Campaign.
- All Reward Types: This filter shows the data for all types of rewards your customers have earned, regardless of how they were obtained. It includes rewards from direct purchases, referrals, and any other promotional methods you might be using.
- Only Direct Campaign Tokens: When you select this filter, the report will only show the tokens that were earned directly through the campaign activities, such as purchases or actions directly linked to the campaign criteria.
- Referral Tokens: This filter specifically focuses on tokens earned through referrals. It will show you how much of your campaign success is due to customer referrals, which can be useful for assessing the effectiveness of referral incentives within your campaign.
Show Token Earnings Over: This option allows you to filter the report to show only those customers or transactions where token earnings exceed a certain threshold value that you specify.
3. Campaign Activity Detail Report
This report allows you to select a specific campaign or select all the campaigns and view the activities associated with them within a chosen time frame. It provides a detailed view of customer interactions with the campaign, such as campaign name, start/end date, trigger/reward type, and other relevant activities.
Below is a detailed description of each field from the Campaign Activity Detail Report:
- Campaign Name: The name of the campaign associated with the recorded activity.
- Value: The numerical value associated with the reward within the campaign.
- Start Date: The date when the campaign started or became active.
- End Date: The date when the campaign ended or was deactivated.
- Trigger Type: The type of trigger that activated the campaign.
- Reward Type: The type of reward given in response to the trigger.
- Activity Timestamp: The exact date and time when the activity was recorded, providing a chronological view of customer interactions.
- Store: The retail location or store where the campaign activity occurred.
- Customer: The name of the customer who interacted with the campaign.
- Type: The nature of the activity or interaction. For example, it could be a purchase, referral, or redemption of a reward.
- Notes: Any additional information or comments associated with the recorded activity.
- Reward Tokens: The number of tokens awarded to the customer as part of the campaign.
4. Campaign Activity Summary Report
This report gives you a high-level overview of the campaign's performance within a specified time range. It includes the total number of reward tokens earned from the campaign, the number of coupons printed, the number of those coupons that were redeemed, and the overall redemption rate.
Below is a detailed description of each field from the Campaign Activity Summary Report:
- Campaign Name: The name of the campaign being analyzed.
- Value: The numerical or monetary value associated with the campaign's performance, such as the total revenue generated or the cumulative value of redeemed coupons.
- Start Date: The date when the campaign started or became active.
- End Date: The date when the campaign ended or was deactivated.
- Trigger Type: The event or customer action that activates the campaign, such as making a purchase, referring a friend, signing up, or other qualifying activities.
- Reward Tokens Earned: The total number of loyalty tokens or reward points accumulated through the campaign during the specified period.
- Coupons Printed: The total number of coupons generated or printed as part of the campaign, either digitally or physically.
- Coupons Redeemed: The number of printed or distributed coupons that were actually used by customers during the campaign period.
- Redeem Rate: The percentage of printed coupons that were successfully redeemed.
5. Campaign Earnings Report

This report provides a comparison of the revenue generated by each campaign versus the number of tokens distributed. It helps in evaluating the financial impact of campaigns by showing the balance between earnings and token distribution.
Below is a detailed description of each field from the Campaign Earnings Report:
- Number of Receipts: The total number of transactions or purchase receipts generated during the specified campaign period. This indicates how many sales or interactions took place related to the campaign.
- Cash Spent: The total amount of money spent by customers during the campaign.
- Cash Tokens: The number of loyalty tokens or reward points earned as a result of cash purchases within the campaign.
- Non-Cash Spent: The total value of purchases made without using cash (e.g., through points redemption, gift cards, or store credits) during the campaign period.
- Non-Cash Tokens: The number of loyalty tokens or reward points earned as a result of non-cash transactions. These tokens may be awarded for activities other than direct cash purchases.
- Total Tokens: The combined total of both cash and non-cash tokens earned during the campaign. It gives an overview of the complete token accumulation throughout the campaign period.
This report details the items sold and tokens earned by customers for each campaign. It breaks down the sales data to show how much each customer has contributed in terms of sales and earned tokens.
Below is a detailed description of each field from the Campaign Filters/Sales Report:
- Department Name: The name of the department or category to which the sold product belongs (e.g., Grocery, Electronics, Apparel). This helps in categorizing sales data.
- Product Name: The name of the specific product sold as part of the campaign. This identifies the item purchased by the customer.
- Product UPC (Universal Product Code): A unique barcode number that identifies the product. It is used for inventory tracking and sales reporting.
- Customer Name: The name of the customer who made the purchase.
- Receipt Number: A unique number assigned to each transaction or purchase receipt. It serves as a reference for the sale and helps in verifying transactions.
- Cashier Number: The number assigned to the cashier who processed the transaction. This helps in identifying who handled the sale.
- Balance Added: The amount of money or reward tokens added to the customer's account as part of the transaction. This could include loyalty points or stored value added to the account.
7. Campaign List Report

This report lists all campaigns, including those that are currently active/inactive, those that have an open-ended trigger type, those that have tokens earned trigger type, and those that have auto trigger. It's useful for tracking the status of all campaigns briefly.

- Name: The name of the campaign, which helps identify and distinguish it from other campaigns.
- Start Date: The date when the campaign started or became active.
- End Date: The date when the campaign ended or was deactivated.
- Trigger Type: The specific event or condition that activates the campaign.
- Reward Type: The type of reward offered through the campaign.
This report visualizes the number of tokens earned per month over up to a year for all campaigns. It helps in understanding trends and patterns in customer engagement with the campaigns over time.
9. Campaign Progress Report

This report shows the progress of each participating customer toward achieving a specific goal in a selected campaign. It tracks how close customers are to triggering a reward within the campaign. Also, the number of tokens added and coupons earned.
Below is a detailed description of each field from the Campaign Progress Report:
- Campaign Name: The name of the campaign for which the progress is being tracked.
- First Name: The first name of the customer participating in the campaign.
- Last Name: The last name of the customer participating in the campaign.
- Balance: The current number of loyalty points or tokens the customer has accumulated as part of the campaign.
- % Towards Next: The percentage of progress made toward the next reward or milestone in the campaign.
- Added Tokens: The number of tokens added to the customer’s account during the campaign period.
- Coupon Earned: Indicates whether the customer has earned a coupon as part of the campaign progress.
10. Campaign Registrations Report
This tracks and displays the total number of customers who have actively registered for or activated specific campaigns within the Loyal-n-Save program. These campaigns typically require participants to opt-in or take specific actions to join, such as signing up through the app, website, or in-store. Once registered, customers become eligible to participate in the campaign and start earning reward tokens as per the campaign's rules.
Below is a detailed description of each field from the Campaign Registrations Report:
- Campaign Name: The name of the campaign for which the registration data is being tracked.
- Store: The retail location or store where the customer registered for the campaign or activated their participation.
- First Name: The first name of the customer who has registered for the campaign.
- Last Name: The last name of the customer who has registered for the campaign.
- Total Earned Tokens: The total number of reward tokens or loyalty points that the customer has earned through their participation in the campaign.
- Customer Campaign Registration Date: The date on which the customer registered for or activated their participation in the campaign. It marks the start of their eligibility to earn rewards.
- Last Date Campaign Used: The most recent date on which the customer engaged with the campaign, such as making a qualifying purchase or earning tokens.
11. Campaign Usage Details Report
This report provides insights into the effectiveness of a campaign by detailing where it has been utilized, the number of customers who participated, and the total tokens earned. It gives a comprehensive view of how widely and effectively a campaign has been adopted.
Below is a detailed description of each field from the Campaign Usage Details Report:
- Campaign Name: The name of the campaign being analyzed.
- Start Date: The date when the campaign started or became active.
- End Date: The date when the campaign ended or was deactivated.
- Location Used In: The specific retail location(s) or store(s) where the campaign was utilized by customers.
- Customer Hits: The total number of interactions or instances where customers engaged with the campaign, such as making purchases or earning rewards.
- Token Earnings: The total number of loyalty tokens earned by customers as part of the campaign.
12. Raffle Campaign Report
This report is used to manage raffle campaigns, including selecting the winner(s). It helps in overseeing the entire raffle process, from participation to winner selection.
Below is a detailed description of each field from the Raffle Campaign Report:
- Rank: The position or place of the customer in the raffle campaign, usually indicating their standing based on the number of entries or points accumulated. The top rank typically corresponds to the winner or highest achiever.
- Customer Name: The name of the customer participating in the raffle campaign. This field identifies who has entered the raffle.
- Email Address: The registered email address of the customer, used for communication, notifications, or contacting winners.
- Phone Number: The registered phone number of the customer, which may be used to notify them about raffle results or campaign updates.
13. Reward Tokens Earned By Location Report

This report displays the total tokens earned by each location across all campaigns and deals. It provides a breakdown of token distribution by location, helping to assess regional campaign effectiveness.
Below is a detailed description of each field from the Reward Tokens Earned By Location Report:
- Store Name: The name of the retail location or store where the reward tokens were earned.
- Customer Count: The total number of unique customers who have earned reward tokens at the specified location.
- Sale Count: The total number of sales transactions or purchases made at the location that resulted in earning reward tokens.
- Sale Total: The cumulative monetary value of all sales made at the location that contributed to earning reward tokens.
- Reward Tokens Added: The total number of loyalty tokens earned by customers at the specified location across all relevant campaigns and deals.
14. Reward Tokens Earned Campaign Report

This report lists all the “triggered” campaigns, showing every customer who met or completed the trigger criteria, along with the time when it occurred. It tracks individual customer achievements within the campaign.
Below is a detailed description of each field from the Reward Tokens Earned Campaign Report:
- Campaign Name: The name of the triggered campaign that the customer participated in.
- Store: The retail location or store where the customer triggered the campaign and earned reward tokens.
- First Name: The first name of the customer who met or completed the campaign trigger criteria.
- Last Name: The last name of the customer who met or completed the campaign trigger criteria.
- Applied Tokens: The number of loyalty tokens earned by the customer upon meeting the trigger criteria.
- Campaign Start Date: The date when the campaign began or was activated.
- Campaign End Date: The date when the campaign concluded or expired.
- Trigger Time: The exact date and time when the customer completed the trigger criteria, resulting in the awarding of reward tokens.
