Order By

                                    Figure 1.2
  1. Order by Total Tokens: When you choose this option, the report will sort the customers based on the total number of tokens they have accumulated. Customers with the highest token balances will appear at the top of the list, while those with lower balances will be further down. This ordering is useful for identifying the most engaged customers who have earned the most tokens, indicating frequent or high-value transactions within the loyalty program.
  2. Order by Redeemed Dollars: Selecting this option will sort the customers by the total dollar value of the rewards or discounts they have redeemed. Customers who have redeemed the most rewards will be listed first. This sorting method helps you focus on customers who are actively using their earned rewards, which can be an indicator of strong program engagement and customer loyalty.

Filter Type allows you to narrow down the report to specific groups.

  1. Exclude Customers with Zero Token Balance: This filter option removes those customers who currently have a token balance of zero from the report. Tokens in the Loyal-n-Save program could represent points, rewards, or other types of currency that customers earn through purchases or activities. By applying this filter, the report will focus on customers who have earned and retained tokens, providing insights into active participants in the loyalty program.
  2. Exclude Customers Without Redeemed Dollars: When this filter is applied, the report excludes those customers who haven't redeemed any rewards, discounts, or cash equivalents in the program. This filter is useful for analyzing customers who have not only earned rewards but also engaged with the program by redeeming them. It helps in understanding the behavior and value of customers who actively participate in the loyalty program.
  3. Group By Age Range: This option groups the report data based on predefined age ranges of customers. By organizing the data this way, you can gain insights into the distribution and behavior of different age groups within your customer base. This can be valuable for targeting marketing efforts or understanding the preferences and engagement levels of various demographic segments.

4. Total Aggregate Report

                                                                                                                                  Figure 1.5

    2. 6 Months: This option extends the analysis period to the most recent 6 months. A 6-month range provides a broader view of sales data, capturing more sustained trends and offering a more balanced perspective on customer activity and sales performance over half a year.
    3. 9 Months: With this selection, the report will cover sales data from the most recent 9 months. This range helps in observing longer-term trends and patterns, which may not be apparent in shorter time frames. It's useful for understanding the seasonal effects and customer behavior over three quarters of the year.
    4. 12 Months: Selecting this option aggregates sales data over the last 12 months, giving a full-year perspective. This allows for a comprehensive analysis of annual trends, seasonality, and customer engagement throughout the entire year, providing insights into both short-term and long-term changes in sales.
