Flash Report
Reports -> Sales Reports -> "Flash Report"
The "Flash Report" will allow you to check the following configurations:
- Buydowns
- Commissions
- System Discounts
- Loyalty Campaigns
You can check the configuration records that are already set up individually by using the filter options: Currently | Future | Expiring.
Reaching the "Flash Report"
To reach the "Flash Report," follow the below steps:
Step 1: Log into Control Center
Step 2: Choose Point of Sale
Step 3: Choose Reports
Step 4: Choose Sales Reports

Understanding the "Flash Report"
By clicking "Flash," you will be redirected to the Flash Report page. You can check the location-specific configured records for the following setups:
Buydowns | Commissions | System Discounts | Loyalty Campaigns

- Current: It will bring up the selected option that is applicable to the sales currently.
- Future: It will bring up the selected option that will be applicable in the future.
- Expiring: It will bring up the selected option that is going to expire after the number of days.
1. Generating a Report for Each Option
You can generate the report by selecting the store for which you want to check the selected option and filter [current, future, and expiring].
1.1 Buydowns
When you check the "Current Buydowns" checkbox and generate the report, the report will show the current buydown records that are applicable to the sales.

You will see the following details in tabular format under the specific filter section, i.e., Current Buydowns:
- Name: This column represents the name of the selected option that was added during the configuration.
- Manufacturer: This column represents the name of the manufacturer whose products are to be sold with a buydown.
- Amount: This column represents the dollar amount of the applicable buydown on the product's price.
- Start/End Date: This column represents when the selected option has started and when it will be stopped.
If you want to check the Future Buydowns and Expiring Buydowns, you need to enter the number of days as a range.
Future Buydowns (Starting in next # Day): This will bring up records of buydowns that will be starting within the selected day range.

Expiring Buydowns (Expiring in next # Day): This will bring up records of buydowns that are expiring within the selected day range.
Note: The tabular details will be similar for the Future Buydowns and Expiring Buydowns. 1.2 Commissions
When you check the "Current Commissions" checkbox and generate the report, the report will bring the current commissions records that are applicable to the sales.

You will see the following details in tabular format under the specific filter section, i.e., Current Commissions:
- Name: This column represents the name of the commission setup that was added during the configuration.
- Type: This column represents the type of commission applied when the sales occurred.
- Value: This column represents the dollar amount of the commission as per the selection type.
- Start/End Date: This column represents when the commission has started to be applicable and when it will be stopped.
The above details will be similar for the "Future Commissions" and "Expiring Commissions."
1.3 System Discounts
When you check the "Current System Discounts" checkbox and generate the report, the report will bring up the current system discount records that are applicable to the sales.

You will see the following details in tabular format under the specific filter section, i.e., Current System Discounts:
- Name: This column represents the name of the system discount setup that was added during the configuration.
- Discount Type: This column represents the type of system discount that is applicable when the sales occur.
- Start/End Date: This column represents when the system discount has started to be applicable and when it will be stopped.
- Schedule: This column represents whether the schedule was set up.
The above details will be similar for the Future System Discounts and Expiring System Discounts.
1.4 Loyalty Campaigns
When you check the "Current Loyalty Campaigns" checkbox and generate the report, the report will bring the current loyalty campaign records that are applicable to the sales.

You will see the following details in tabular format under the specific filter section, i.e., Current Loyalty Campaigns:
- Name: This column represents the name of the loyalty campaign setup that was added during the configuration.
- Type: This column represents the type of the loyalty campaign, and based on that the loyalty is applicable when the sales occur.
- Start/End Date: This column represents when the campaign has started to be applicable and when it will be stopped.
- Trigger Type: This column represents how the customers can earn the tokens when the sales occur.
- Trigger Amount: This column represents the applicable trigger amount to earn the tokens.
- Coupon Value: This column represents the applicable coupon value.
- The above details will be similar for the "Future Loyalty Campaigns" and "Expiring Loyalty Campaigns."
2. Scheduling a Report
FTx Cloud POS supports report automation. You can configure a report and schedule it. The system will send the scheduled report to the indicated email IDs at the defined frequencies (daily, weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly, etc.).
3. Printing/Exporting a Report
You can print or export any report according to your requirements. When you use the Print function, the system creates and opens the report's PDF file in a new tab. You can download the soft copy or print the paper copy according to your requirements.
4. Manage Favorites
FTx Cloud POS allows quick access to the reports you need to view frequently through "Favorite Reports." You can save a report as a favorite and manage all your favorite reports from any of the report screens using the "Manage Favorites" button.
