Gift Card List Overview

The "Gift Card List Report" lists all gift cards and details applicable to each, with filter options based on the current balance.

1. Reaching the "Gift Card List Report"

To reach the "Gift Card List Report," follow the below steps:

Step 1: Log into Control Center
Step 2: Choose Point of Sale
Step 3: Choose Reports
Step 4: Choose List Reports
Step 5: Choose Gift Card List Report 

See Figure A. You will see many types of list reports that will be useful to your retail business. By clicking the drop-down selection, you will see the different types of list reports.

2. Generating a "Gift Card List Report"

To generate a Gift Card List Report, click on "Generate Report."

Fields:
  1. Gift Card #: The column describes the unique gift card number that identifies the gift card that was issued. 
  2. Customer Name: Here, the customer's name is mentioned in whose name the transaction has been carried out.
  3. Created By Employee: Here, the name of the employee who created the gift card is mentioned. 
  4. Created Store: This column displays the physical location of the store.
  5. Balance: This column displays the balance value of that card.
  6. Active: This is a flag value that is being fetched from "Gift Cards" that displays whether the gift card is active or deactivated.
  7. Created at: This column displays the date when the gift card was created at the store.
  8. Last Activity: This column mentions the last activity that happened on that card, e.g., manual, sale, or redemption.
  9. Last Activity Location: This column will display the location where the gift card was last used.
  10. Last Change Amount: Here, the last change amount value on the gift card is displayed.

3. Balance Filters

  1. All Gift Cards: Choosing this option will display the report for all the gift cards. See Figure B.
  2. Gift Card with 0 Balance: Choosing this option will display the report for the gift cards with 0 balance. See Figure C.

  1. Gift Card with Any Balance: Choosing this option will display the report for the gift cards with any balance amount. See Figure D.

  1. Gift Card with Greater Than X (Entered Amount): Choosing this option will display the report for the gift cards with an amount value greater than the entered amount.
