Manufacturer Packages

Overview

The "Manufacturer Packages" module in Loyal-n-Save allows Admin users to define and manage subscription-based packages for manufacturers. These packages control feature entitlements and usage limits, such as the number of stores and campaigns a manufacturer can operate within the platform.

Access Control:
 The "Manufacturer Packages" module is accessible only to Admin users.

Reaching the "Manufacturer Packages" Module

To reach the "Manufacturer Packages" module:
  1. Log into Control Center
  2. Choose Manufacturer
  3. Choose Accounts
  4. Choose Packages

Manufacturer Packages Dashboard

When an Admin clicks on "Manufacturer Packages," a grid-based dashboard is displayed listing all configured manufacturer packages. This dashboard provides visibility into package limits, pricing, and lifecycle details.

Grid Columns

  1. Name: Displays the name of the manufacturer package.
  2. Store Limit: Indicates the maximum number of stores that manufacturers assigned to this package can manage in Loyal-n-Save.
  3. Campaign Limit: Shows the maximum number of active or configured campaigns allowed for manufacturers under this package.
  4. Created Date: Displays the date on which the package was created.
  5. Updated Date: Shows the most recent date on which the package details were modified.
  6. Actions: Provides administrative controls for managing packages:
    1. Edit: Modify the package configuration and limits.
    2. Delete: Permanently remove the package from the system.
NotesNote: Deleting a package that is already assigned to manufacturers may impact their access and operations.

Adding a New Manufacturer Package

To create a new manufacturer package:

  1. Navigate to "Manufacturer Packages."

  1. Click "Add New."
  2. A package creation form is displayed.

Package Details

  1. Name: Enter a unique and descriptive name for the package. This name is used while assigning packages to manufacturer accounts.
  2. Price Per Month: Specify the monthly subscription cost for the package. This value represents the commercial pricing model for manufacturer access within Loyal-n-Save.
  3. Store Limit: Define the maximum number of stores a manufacturer can create or manage under this package.
    This limit helps control platform usage and aligns with the manufacturer’s subscription tier.
  4. Campaign Limit: Set the maximum number of loyalty or promotional campaigns that the manufacturer can run under this package.
    This ensures fair usage and governs campaign-level access.

Saving the Package

  1. Review all package details and limits.
  2. Click "Save"  to create the manufacturer package.

Once saved, the package becomes available for assignment when creating or editing manufacturer accounts.

Editing a Manufacturer Package

To update an existing package:

  1. Locate the package in the Manufacturer Packages grid.
  2. Click the Edit icon  under the Actions column.
  3. Update the required fields such as pricing, store limit, or campaign limit.
  4. Click "Save" to apply the changes.
Note: Any updates may affect manufacturers currently assigned to the package.

Deleting a Manufacturer Package

To delete a package:

  1. Locate the package in the grid.
    1. Click the Delete icon  under the Actions column.
  2. Confirm the deletion when prompted.
Important: Deleting a package cannot be undone and may impact manufacturers linked to it. Ensure that the package is no longer in active use before deleting.
