Overview
The "Stores" module under Manufacturer allows Admin users to manage the stores associated with a specific manufacturer. This module provides visibility into store performance metrics, approval status, and customer engagement within the Loyal-n-Save ecosystem.
By associating stores with a manufacturer, the platform enables manufacturers to track sales activity, loyalty earnings, and customer participation for each approved store.
Access Control:
This module is accessible only to Admin users.
Reaching the "Manufacturer Stores" Module
To reach the "Manufacturer Stores" module:
- Log into Control Center
- Choose Manufacturer
- Choose Accounts
- Choose Stores
Stores Dashboard
When an Admin clicks on "Stores," a grid-based dashboard is displayed listing all stores linked to the selected manufacturer. This dashboard provides operational and performance-level insights for each store.

Grid Columns Description
- Company: Displays the store or retail company name associated with the manufacturer.
- Sale Count: Shows the total number of completed sales transactions recorded for the store within Loyal-n-Save.
- Earned Balance: Represents the total loyalty value (points, tokens, or rewards) earned by customers at the store through manufacturer-linked programs.
- Sale Amount: Displays the cumulative sales value generated by the store.
- Customers: Indicates the total number of customers associated with the store who have participated in loyalty activities.
- Approval Date: Shows the date on which the store was approved for association with the manufacturer.
- Created: Displays the date on which the store association record was created in the system.
- Approval Status: Indicates the current approval state of the store association. Typical statuses include:
- Pending: Store has been added but is awaiting approval.
- Approved: Store is active and fully associated with the manufacturer.
- Actions: Provides administrative controls for managing store associations:
- Delete: Removes the store from the manufacturer.
Note: Removing a store may affect related loyalty data and reporting.
Adding a Store
To associate a new store with a manufacturer:
- Navigate to the "Stores" module.
- Click "Add New."

- A pop-up window is displayed.

- Select the required store from the Store dropdown.
- Click "Select."
- A confirmation message appears stating, “Store added successfully.”

- Click "OK" to close the pop-up.
Result: The newly added store appears in the main grid with an Approval Status of Pending.
Store Approval Lifecycle
- Newly added stores are initially created with a Pending status.

- Pending stores are not fully active until approved.
- Once approved, the Approval Status changes to Active, and the Approval Date is recorded.
- Only approved stores contribute fully to sales metrics, customer counts, and loyalty earnings.
Deleting a Store
To remove a store:
- Locate the store in the Stores grid.
- Click the Delete
icon under the Actions column. - Confirm the deletion when prompted.
Important: Deleting a store removes its association with the manufacturer and may impact historical sales, customer, and loyalty data.
Role in Loyal-n-Save
- Stores act as the primary transaction and customer interaction points within Loyal-n-Save.
- Store-level data supports manufacturer reporting, loyalty calculations, and customer engagement analysis.
- This module ensures controlled store onboarding, approval governance, and accurate performance tracking.
