Payroll Settings Overview
You can integrate your payroll software with FTx Cloud POS in a few easy steps. As of now, it supports "ExcelForce" (formally known as PC Software). "Payroll Settings" enables you to create a configuration so that the time clock/payroll file can be dropped via FTP. 
This article includes information about:
- How to create a config to integrate "ExcelForce" with FTx Cloud POS. 
1. Reaching "Payroll Settings"
- Step 1: Log into Control Center
 
- Step 2: Choose Point of Sale
 
- Step 3: Choose Maintenance
 
- Step 4: Choose Settings & Panels
 
- Step 5: Choose Payroll

Note: You can also reach "Payroll Settings" by following the path: Control Panel >> Settings >> Payroll. 
2. Integrating "ExcelForce" with FTx Cloud POS  
Please follow the steps below to integrate "ExcelForce" with FTx Cloud POS. 
- Navigate to the Payroll Settings screen. 
 
- Click the Payroll System drop-down.

- The fields shown in Figure 2.2 appear. Fill in the appropriate information.

- Payroll System: This field shows the payroll system's name. In this case, "ExcelForce."
 
- Method: Choose the method from FTP, SFTP, and FTP Active.
 
- Port: Enter the port details.
 
- FTP Site: Enter the FTP site details in this field.
- Username: Enter the username in this field. 
 
- Password: Enter the password.   
 
- Subfolder: Enter the folder name.
- Test Payroll Connection: Use this button to test the connection.
 
- Once you enter the appropriate information, save it using the "Save & Close" or "Save" buttons.

Cancel: Use this button to cancel the integration process or changes made at any point. 
Save & Close: If you click the "Save & Close" button, the system will save the integration and navigate you to the Account Settings screen.
Save: Use this button to save the changes you have made at any point.
