1. Overview
In the Loyal-n-Save program, both admin and client users have the ability to delete coupons. However, the permissions and methods for deleting coupons differ based on user roles.
2. Client User Deletion
Client users can only delete individual coupons. They do not have the ability to delete multiple coupons simultaneously, which means they must remove each coupon one at a time.
To delete an earned coupon as a client user, permission must first be granted by the admin. Without the necessary permissions, the option to delete a coupon will not appear in the Control Center under the Coupon List. Once access is granted, the client user can delete a single coupon at a time.
3. Steps to Delete a Coupon
- Step 1: Log into Control Center
- Step 2: Choose Loyalty
- Step 3: Choose Customer
- Step 4: Choose Earned Coupons

- On the Coupon List page, click on the View icon.

- On the Coupon Details page, click on the X icon to initiate deletion.
- A confirmation popup will appear. Click Yes > OK to finalize the deletion.

- The selected coupon will be successfully deleted.
By following these steps, client users can efficiently manage their coupons while ensuring proper permissions are in place. Admin users, on the other hand, benefit from the ability to perform bulk deletions, streamlining coupon management.
3. Restoring Deleted Coupons
Once a coupon is deleted, it can be restored back to the Coupon List using the following steps:
- Click on the View Deleted Items button to access the list of deleted coupons.

- Locate the desired coupon and click on the View icon next to it.

Figure 1.5- On the Coupon Detail page, click the Restore button under the Actions section.
- A confirmation pop-up will appear. Click "Yes" to successfully restore the coupon.
