Time Clock Edited Entries Report - Store Employee
Time Clock Edited Entries Report Overview
The "Time Clock Edited Entries Report" provides a detailed view of all time clock entries that have been manually edited by users or administrators. This includes changes such as clock-in or clock-out times being adjusted, deleted, or added after the initial punch.
This report is crucial for auditing timekeeping accuracy and ensuring compliance with labor policies. It helps managers identify patterns of manual adjustments and verify if edits are legitimate or require further investigation.
You can apply various filters — such as by employee, date range, location, or specific actions — to refine the results and focus on specific edits. This makes the report a valuable tool for payroll processing, dispute resolution, and employee accountability.
